Marion Katherine Blalock, age 80 of Seymour, TN passed away Friday, October 18th ,2024 with her family by her side. Katherine was a faithful member of Sugarloaf Baptist Church. Katherine’s love and compassion for everyone showed through her example of a true christian and following God’s word. Her favorite joy was spending time with her family. Katherine’s passion was her grandsons Aaron and Adam BIalock who called her “Maw” as well as Caleb Ivey who she thought of as a grandson. She is preceded in death by her Mom & Dad, many Brother’s & Sister’s and her loving Husband Jack Blalock of many years. Katherine is survived by her son and daughter in law Kenny and Trish Blalock; Grandsons: Aaron (Americus) Blalock, Adam (Kayla) Blalock; Great Grandchildren Hudson Blalock, and soon to be great grandson Kolson Blalock. Several sister & brother in-law’s; several nieces & nepnews. The Family would like to give a heartfelt thank you to UT Hospice care & to her caregivers Americus & Kayla Blalock.
Graveside service will be held Tuesday October 22, 2024 @ 11:00 Highland South Memorial Park Knoxville, TN with pastor David Newman officiating.
