Janis Fay Roberts, 80, of Sevierville, a loving Mother and Grandmother, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, November 21 after a brief illness. Janis was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and graduated from William Allen High School in 1962.
Janis retired from Honeywell in Clearwater, Florida, before relocating to Sevierville. Janis then worked at Liz Claiborne in Sevierville before retiring for a second time. Janis was a member of Pathways Church in Sevierville. She loved her family, her church, and Jesus. Janis enjoyed volunteering at her church. She was an avid reader and loved puzzles of all kinds, especially working jigsaw puzzles with her grandsons.
Janis was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Pearl Ware; and brother James Ware.
Janis is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Douglas “Skip” and Tina Roberts of Kodak; grandchildren Declan and Zackary Roberts of Kodak; sister and brother-in-law June and Robert Parker of Wernersville, Pennsylvania; special friend and fellow grandmother to Declan and Zackary, Faye Hughes; and many other extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5-6pm Monday, December 16th, with a Service following at 6:15pm at Pathways Church with Pastor Brent Freeman officiating.
