Roger Dean (Bill) Adkins, age 74, passed away on July 16, 2025. He loved the lord, the church, and animals. He was a Jack-of-all trades, from inspecting buildings to rodeos; he could do it all
Preceded in death by, Parents: Lindsey and Pearl Dotson; Daughter, Jennifer Adkins; Brother, Kenneth Wade Adkins; Sisters: Lisa Marie Adkins; Mary Trudy Adkins Hanks.
Survived by Brother, Lindsey Bud Adkins (Vicki); Sister-in-law and caretaker, Susie Adkins; Special Friends: Jeff Kersey, Richard Wright, and Debbie Winterrowd that visited often; Mother of Daughter, Jackie Ledwell, and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday July 21, 2025, at Pilgrim Heirs Worship Center, 2069 Old Newport Hwy, Sevierville, TN. Stewart Chapman and Pastor John Whitley will be officiating the services. McCarty Funeral Directors in charge of arrangements.
